Prints on Canvas

We can supply the vast majority of the prints we offer as a Print on Canvas, ready to hang. To produce a Print on Canvas, we first trim the print of any white borders it might have – so the finished item is the same size as the image size of the print. A box frame is then created which is the exact size of the trimmed print. This box frame is covered in a cream canvas or linen. The print is then applied to the frame using a special artists glue to then ensure that the print is tightly bonded to the frame and the edge of the print and frame being smoothed down so that it appears that the print is part of the frame. Finally, a special protective coating is then sprayed onto the print to complete the finished item. The standard depth of the box frame is 2 inches but we can also supply Prints on Canvas with a box frame that is 1 inch deep.
