Art Blocks

To create an Art Block, the print is laminated and then applied to a high quality MDF board which has edges creating a box or block. The image is carried over onto the sides of the block and the edges are sharp and crisp giving a seamless and stunning effect to any image. Because the print is laminated, the finished item has a wipe-clean surface. There are two depth options, 25mm or 40mm – we recommend the 40mm option on all prints where either the length or depth is more than 80 cms.

The completed Art Block is then individually wrapped for protection and comes ready to hang.

Which images are available as Art Blocks?

The vast majority of the images we offer are available as an Art Block. The size of the finsihed Art Block is either 5 or 8 cms (depending on the depth chosen) smaller on both dimensions than the print image size because the image is carried onto the sides of the Art Block. So, for example, if the image size of the print is 80 x 60 cms and the depth chosen in 4cm, the finished product will measure 72 x 52 x 4cms.
