Poetic

On show across the whole of Europe, her canvases are of the kind that is described as 'poetic'. They draw us into calm, deserted places where, following an initial sense of solitude, we feel enchanted and entwined in the veil covering her canvases. There are no sharp colours; everything seems subdued and misty. Objects are shrouded and we let ourselves be seduced by the artist’s spell. With their landscapes and abstract motifs, these works let us enjoy a moment of peace in this sometimes mad and noisy world.
