Born in 1963 in Kelowna, BC, Constance Bachmann is an artist who likes to paint "in the moment.” Her acrylic paintings are crisp and rich in color and texture, always containing an architectural essence. Bachmann's style is distinctive and contemporary, with subject matter ranging from structured still lifes to abstract florals, to herons and greyhounds, all using a palette knife. Educated in art in Vancouver and Kelowna, Constance has been exhibiting professionally since 1994, participating in numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout Western Canada.
